2.1 Contacting DREV

These data are processed only on the basis of our legitimate interests to offer efficient communications channels to the public (Art. 6 (1) f. GDPR), or on the basis of initiating a or communicating under an existing business relationship (legal basis Art. 6 (1) b. GDPR). Data provided directly by users is kept until the purpose of communication is fulfilled, typically within six months, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

2.2 Server Logs and Data Storage

Each visit to our website, drev.tech results in the collection of specific data via server logs.

This data includes:

  • Name of the visited website.

  • Date and time of the visit.

  • Amount of data transferred.

  • User's operating system.

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page).

  • IP address and the requesting provider.

The collection of server log data, including IP addresses, is performed under the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) f. GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in maintaining website quality and security. The log files, along with IP addresses, are retained for no longer than 30 days before being securely deleted.

3. Careers

In order to submit your application to an open position at DREV, you need to provide your name, email address, as well as your CV.

We may also ask for additional information to assist us with our recruitment process and in the event, you are offered a job. Such data may include date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, address, your career history, qualifications, country of residence, work permit, identification documents, language skills, contact information to your references, and any other personal information you include in your interactions with us. 

In particular, we may use your data:

  • To get in touch with you, communicate with you, update you and to facilitate your application.

  • To respond to your questions or concerns.

  • To evaluate your suitability for the position by contacting references.

Legal Basis

We process your personal data for fulfilling our contractual or pre contractual obligations towards you (based on Art. 6 (1) b. GDPR).

Data Retention and Deletion

In compliance with GDPR, we retain applicant data only as long as necessary. After a position is filled, we keep the personal data of all applicants for this position for six months. After this period, all personal data related to the recruitment process for the filled position, including CVs, contact information, and any other additional information provided by the applicants, will be permanently deleted from our systems.

4. Data Processing on Social Media

With our social media pages, we may communicate with you and provide you with interesting information. We may receive further data from you through your comments, shared images, messages, and reactions, which we then process to answer or communicate with you. If you use social media on several end devices, a cross-device analysis of the data can take place.
