DREV, a cleantech startup pioneering contamination control in the battery industry, has appointed Alexander Petrofski as Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Petrofski, a senior automotive executive, succeeds Jan Burenius, who has served as Chairman since 2023.

Petrofski brings more than two decades of international leadership experience across the mobility, energy systems, and venture innovation sectors. He has led strategy development and driven high-impact initiatives from early-stage ventures to larger-scale corporate operations. His previous roles include serving as CEO and holding multiple Vice President positions, with a consistent focus on growth, innovation, and business transformation.
